During this initial discussion, they will explore your health history, including diet and skincare routine, objectives, and any specific concerns you may have.
Customised Treatment Plan: Following this conversation, Katie & Maya will create a personalised treatment plan to enhance your overall health and vitality.
Acupuncture Experience: Ultra-thin (0.2mm) sterile needles are gently inserted into targeted areas, stimulating blood flow and collagen production. Additional points at the facial muscle insertions enhance circulation throughout the region, while extra body points are selected to address underlying imbalances, leaving you feeling relaxed.
While ‘needles’ may sound intimidating, most individuals find the experience surprisingly tranquil. Some even find it so relaxing that they drift off to sleep during their sessions.
Relaxation Time: Once the Acupuncture pins are in place, it's time to unwind. You'll recline comfortably for approximately 20 minutes. Many people find this time an incredibly soothing part of their week.
