Warm Welcome: Begin your journey with a warm and welcoming conversation led by our experienced Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Katie. During this initial discussion, Katie will explore your health history including diet and skincare routine, objectives, and any specific concerns you may have.
Customized Treatment Plan: Following this conversation, Katie will craft a personalized treatment plan exclusively for you that’s designed to enhance your overall health and vitality, leaving you looking good and feeling great!
Acupuncture Experience: The gentle insertion of ultra-thin (0.2mm) sterile needles into the targeted areas stimulates blood flow and collagen production. Additonal points at the facial muscle insertions will stimulate extra blood flow to the whole region. Additonal body points will be chosen to help treat the underlying imbalances leaving you feeling so very relaxed!

While "needles" may sound intimidating, most individuals find the experience surprisingly tranquil. Some even find it so relaxing that they drift off to sleep during their sessions!
Relaxation Time: Once the Acupuncture pins are in place, it's time to unwind. You'll recline comfortably for approximately 20 minutes. Many people find this time incredibly soothing, as if you've pressed the pause button on life's chaos, just for yourself.
Cosmetic Acupuncture is accumulative, meaning its each session builds on the effects of the last.
We recommend 6-8 weekly sessions initially then monthly to maintain the effects.

Other than completing our Initial Intake form, all that we need you to do is come to your sessions with make up, sunscreens and moisturisers removed so we can get started straight away.
Other than if you’ve just had facial surgery or suffered significant facial burns, Cosmetic Acupuncture can be done at any time.

Cosmetic Acupuncture is both a safe and natural treatment performed by highly skilled, nationally registered Chinese Medicine Practitioners with at least a 4 year degree + additional ongoing training.

Facial Acupuncture can be done along side Botox and other cosmetic procedures with no recovery time needed.
All our practitioners are trained to work safely with women during pregnancy. This means your treatments can continue even when you’re growing a little one!
Unfortunately, many insurance companies are choosing not to cove Cosmetic Acupuncture, even if you have Acupuncture on your policy.
